FRONT WHEEL
REMOVAL
•Make sure that the motor-bike is
perfectly stable on the main stand;
if need be, place a support under
the engine.
•Unscrew and remove the odometer
line using pincers.
• Unscrew the pin (A) taking care not to damage
the intermediate gear of the odometer.
•Slide out the pin and completely
take off the wheel.
Never operate the brake lever
when the wheel is removed as
this would cause the pads to lock.
To re-assemble proceed as fol-
lows:
•Fit the wheel back on, taking care
to reposition the intermediate gear
of the odometer in its seat.
•Re-fit the wheel pin, screwing it on
to the outer tube of the left-hand fork
leg and re-tighten the screw
(V - F. 2).
•Re-secure the odometer line.
•Loosen the wheel pin clamp screw
(V).
REAR WHEEL
REMOVAL
Note: to remove the rear wheel,
unscrew the exhaust pipe
(S/D - P. 4).
•Make sure that the motor-bike is
perfectly stable on the main stand;
if need be, place a support under
the engine.
•Loosen the wheel stop nut (D).
•Carefully slide out the wheel, paying
attention that the motor-bike does
not tip over.
REMOCIÓN DE LA RUEDA
DELANTERA
•Verificar la perfecta estabilidad del
vehículo a motor, colocado en el
soporte central; eventualmente
colocar un soporte debajo del
motor.
•Destornillar y quitar la transmisión
del cuentakilómetros con la ayuda
de unos alicates.
• Destornillar el bulón (A), poniendo atención
al mecanismo intermedio cuentakilómetros.
•Sacar el bulón y extraer la rueda
completa.
No accionar la palanca del
freno con la rueda desmontada
porque las zapatas podrían cerrarse.
Para el reensamblaje actuar de la
siguiente forma:
• Introducir la rueda, poniendo atención a volver
a colocar el mecanismo intermedio cuenta-
kilómetros en su respectivo alojamiento.
•Introducir el bulón-rueda, enroscándolo
en la funda izquierda de la horquilla y
ajustando los tornillos (V - F. 2).
•Volver a atornillar la transmisión del
cuentakilómetros.
•Aflojar el tornillo (V) de retención del
bulón de la rueda.
REMOCIÓN DE LA RUEDA
POSTERIOR
Nota: para quitar la rueda posterior
es necesario destornillar el
silenciador del escape (S/D - P. 4).
•Colocar el vehículo a motor en una
forma estable sobre el soporte central
e introducir, eventualmente, un soporte
adecuado debajo del motor.
•Destornillar la tuerca (D) de sujeción
de la rueda.
•Sacar la rueda con precaución,
comprobando la estabilidad real del
vehículo.
DEPOSE DE LA ROUE
AVANT
•S’assurer de la parfaite stabilité du
motocycle après l’avoir mis sur sa
béquille centrale; éventuellement,
placer un support sous le moteur.
•Dévisser et déposer la transmission
du compte-kilomètres à l’aide d’une
pince.
•Dévisser l’axe (A) en veillant au
renvoi du compte-kilomètres.
•Sortir l’axe et extraire la roue
complète.
Ne pas actionner le levier du
frein lorsque la roue est
démontée car cela provoquerait la
fermeture des pastilles.
Pour la repose, procéder comme suit:
•Remettre la roue en veillant à
replacer le renvoi compte-
kilomètres dans son logement.
•Enfiler l’axe-roue en le vissant sur
le fourreau de la fourche et revisser
la vis (V - F. 2).
•Revisser la transmission du
compte-kilomètres.
•Desserrer la vis (V) de blocage de
l’axe de la roue.
DEPOSE DE LA ROUE
ARRIERE
Note: pour déposer la roue arrière, il
est nécessaire de dévisser le pot
d’échappement (SD - P. 4).
•Mettre le motocycle en position
stable sur sa béquille centrale et,
éventuellement, placer un support
approprié sous le moteur.
•Dévisser l’écrou (D) de fixation de
la roue.
•Sortir la roue avec précaution, en
vérifiant si le véhicule est bien
stable.
