•Cette section concerne la séparation
du carter pour pouvoir intervenir sur
le vilebrequin mécanique. Pour
exécuter les opérations décrites dans
cette section, il faut enlever le moteur
du cadre.
•Au moment de la séparation du
carter, ne pas se servir du tournevis
comme d’un levier sur les surfaces
qui se joignent
•Ne pas frapper avec un marteau
métallique le carter au moment de
l’installation.
•Enlever les parties suivantes, avant
d’enlever le carter :
Culasse du cylindre
Cylindre/piston
Carter droit/poulies menante et
menée
Générateur de courant alternatif/
embrayage démarrage
Roue arrière/amortisseur arrière
Moteur démarrage
Pompe à huile.

Bruit excessif du moteur

•This section concern the crankcase
disassembly for operation on the
crankshaft. To follow instructions, it
is necessary to dismantle the engine
from the frame.
•When disassembling the crankcase,
never use a screwdriver to lever on
the matching surfaces.
•When disassembling, do not tap the
crankcase by a metal hammer.
•Remove the following components
before removing the crankcase:
Cylinder head.
Cylinder/piston.
Left crankcase cover/driving and
driven pulleys.
Alternate current generator/starter
clutch.
Rear wheel/rear shock absorber.
Starter motor.
Oil pump.

Unusual sounds from the engine
•Excessive bearing clearance.
•Excessive clearance of the
connecting rod pin bearing.
•Worn piston pin and piston pin
hole.

•Este párrafo contiene las
instrucciones para separar el bloque
motor y poder así intervenir sobre el
cigueñal. Para efectuar las
operaciones descritas en este
párrafo es necesario desmontar el
motor del chasis.
•No usar nunca un destornillador
como brazo de palanca para separar
las superficies colindantes del bloque
motor.
•Durante la instalación no golpear el
bloque motor con un martillo
metálico.
• Quitar las piezas siguientes antes de
desmontar el bloque motor:
Culata
Cilindro/ pistón
Cárter bloque motor derecho/polea
motriz y conducida
Generador de corriente alterna/
embrague arranque
Rueda trasera/amortiguador trasero
Motor de arranque
Bomba de aceite
