b) Open Nozzle Cover
Carefully press a small flat tool (e.g. flathead screwdriver) against the nozzle cover release
tab (3) or (5).
c) Remove Old Nozzle Assembly
Use your fingers to carefully pull the old
nozzle assembly out, wiggling carefully
if you encounter resistance.
d) Open Handle Cover
Grip the 3D pen as shown and apply a gentle “snapping“ motion to “pop” the handle cover (4) off.
e) Insert New Nozzle Assembly
Slide the tube through the feeder all the way back through the hole underneath the motor.
Line the pins on the tip with the holes in the body and carefully insert all the way flush.
f) Attach Handle and Nozzle Cover

First insert the rear cover pin (A), then snap the cover shut (B).

Re-Attach Nozzle Cover
An extra nozzle cover (2) has been included as a spare.
Line both nozzle cover (2) release tabs (3) and (5) up with the slots in the casing and gently
lock into place.
Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable
regulatory guidelines. You thus fulll your statutory obligations and contribute to the
protection of the environment.

The product is a replacement part for a broken
or blocked nozzle.
This product is intended for indoor use only.
Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture
(e.g. in bathrooms) must be avoided under all
circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must
not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using
the product for purposes other than those
described above may damage the product.
In addition, improper use can cause hazards
such as a short circuit, fire or electric shock.
Read the instructions carefully and store them
in a safe place. Make this product available
to third parties only together with its operating
instructions.

a) General
The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the
reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying
around carelessly. This may become
dangerous playing material for children.
Protect the product from extreme
temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts,
high humidity, moisture, flammable gases,
steam and solvents.
Do not place the product under any
mechanical stress.
If it is no longer possible to operate the product
safely, take it out of operation and protect it
from any accidental use. Safe operation can
no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in
poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious
transport-related stresses.
Please handle the product carefully. Jolts,
impacts or a fall even from a low height can
damage the product.
Also observe the safety and operating
instructions of any other products which are
connected to the product.
Consult an expert when in doubt about the
operation, safety or connection of the product.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs
must only be completed by a technician or
an authorised repair centre.

b) Replacing Nozzle
Warning! The pen tip is very hot during
operation. Do not touch! Risk of burns!
Never touch the nozzle or the rubber area
at the pen tip during and immediately after
operation.
The extruded filament is very hot for a short
time. Do not touch! Risk of burns!
Disconnect the device from the power
supply, turn the power off, and allow to cool
before attempting to replace the nozzle.

Replacing Nozzle Assembly
Allow the device to cool down completely before attempting to replace nozzle.
Switch the power off on the pen and disconnect from the power supply.
a) Jammed Filament
If lament is jammed do not use force to pull it out from the feeder opening (6), this may
damage the motor. Use scissors to cut away any excess at the feeder opening (6) and
pull it through from the inside after removing the handle cover (4).
