21 Slow flasher
Rather than using the red flashing LED with its built-in flasher
we will build our own flasher. The circuit is a bit like the flip-
flops of our previous experiments. The main difference is that
this time we are going to install a capacitor. The base current
flows through the capacitor for as long as the capacitor is
charged or discharged. After that, the flip-flop automatically
changes state. Flashing speed and the time the LED is lit or
dark depends on the dimensioning of the components.
