Game and Knowledge in Electronics-Lab
You know quiz shows, where you press a giant button when
you know the answer. Sometimes, two contestants press their
buttons at the same time. But there is a tiny time difference
between them. A computer determines who pressed the button
first, and your computer can do that too. Connect two push-
buttons, the loudspeaker and the two LEDs 1 and 6 of the LED
strip. Start the programme with the connection E-F.

Quiz show
There is a quiz master and two contestants. The two
contestants battle to press their button first to answer the
questions correctly. You can find questions and answers on
the last page. Contestant 1 uses button A and contestant 2
uses button B. The quiz master reads out a quiz question.
Both candidates press their button as soon as they know the
answer. If contestant 1 pressed the button first, LED1 will light
up; for contestant 2, it will be LED 6. In both cases, you will
hear a sound and, hopefully, the correct answer. The LED
goes out again after five seconds and the device is ready for
the next question. For each correct answer you get a point.
The winner is the person who scores ten points first. Each
person can be the quiz master once and come up with their
own questions.
