Unsolicited Result Code
When the presentation of the CLI at the TE is enabled (and calling
subscriber allows), an unsolicited result code is returned after every RING
(or +CRING: <type>) at a mobile terminating call.
+CLIP: <number>,<type>[,<subaddr>,<satype>,<alphaId>,<CLI
validity>]

<number> String type (string should be included in quotation marks)
phone number of calling address in format specified by <type>.
<type> Type of address octet in integer format;
129 Unknown type
161 National number type
145 International number type
177 Network specific number
<subaddr> String type (
subaddress of format specified by <satype>)
<satype> Integer type (type of subaddress)
<alphaId> String type (string should be included in quotation marks)
alphanumeric representation of <number> corresponding to the entry
found in phone book.
<CLI validity>
0 CLI valid
1 CLI has been withheld by the originator.
2 CLI is not available due to interworking problems or
limitations of originating network.
