5.1. Operating Conditions

To ensure accurate readings use it only when ambient air is within this

range:

Temperature: 0 to 50°C

Humidity: 10 to 90% RH (non condensing)

5.2. Gasses Detected

The MT982 detects a wide variety of gasses, including some toxic gasses,

and nuisance vapors. The following lists represents only a portion of the

more common gasses it will detect.

Ÿ Butane

Ÿ Methane

Ÿ Acetone

Ÿ Alcohol

Ÿ Ammonia

Ÿ Steam

Ÿ Carbon Monoxide (not to quantify)

Ÿ Smoke

Ÿ Industrial Solvents

Ÿ Lacquer Thinner

6. MAINTENANCE & GUARANTEE

In case of complaint, please present the product or defect part, to the

place of purchase. We guarantee the product in accordance with

statutory/country specific regulations, proof of purchase by invoice.

Damage due to normal wear and tear, overload or improper handling will

not be covered by the guarantee.
