3.4.11 Report 0x0A Request MSR Data
This command causes the device to send MSR data to the host; it should be issued after a Report 0x03
Request Swipe Card command has successfully completed. If the system is not available, the device
will report an error (0x8A) in ACKSTS of Report 0x01 Response ACK. Otherwise, the device will
send multiple instances of Report 0x23 Card Data Report to the host. If no MSR data is available,
the device will send a single Report 0x23 Card Data Report containing a Data Length of 0.

3.4.12 Report 0x0B Get Challenge
This command causes the device to send challenge information to the host. The host should first issue the
command in Set mode as follows:
