instantly displays on the teller’s screen eliminating traditional,
time consuming, and less dependable identification methods.

O VERVIEW O F T HE APTM
The APTM connects to your teller station or platform PC via
an RS-232 port, and includes an extra RS-232 port for connect-
ing other peripheral devices such as a Mag-Tek Check Reader.
Your customer simply swipes their card and enters their PIN
at the teller window. The APTM sends the encypted informa-
tion to your teller automation software for authorization. Once
the system has verified the cardholder, your customer’s account
number and other information including a profile and transac-
tion history can be instantly displayed.
