• Wired model and wireless model dongle powered through the USB – no external power

supply required

• Wireless model reader is powered by a rechargeable battery; recharging can be provided via

a standard USB cable (for recharging only)

• Reads encoded data that meets ANSI/ISO/AAMVA standards and some custom formats such

as ISO track 1 format on track 2 or 3

• Can use standard Windows HID driver for communications; no third party device driver is
