74. Assemble the supercharger manifold drain hose
assembly by sliding the 2 crimp-clamps onto the
length of hose. Apply some oil or light grease onto
the barbed ends of the fi ttings. Insert the fi ttings into
the ends of the hose and push the hose on fi rmly.
73. Here are the manifold drain hose components
ready for assembly.
75. Secure the fi ttings by crimping the clamps
with a pair of side cutting pliers. Take care to only
crimp the clamps, not cut them.
76. Install the plug into the threaded female
fi tting tightening it securely. Apply one of the
yellow service instruction stickers to the end of the
hose. The remaining service instruction stickers
will be installed in a later step.
