184. Route the Red and Black wires with the
pump electrical connector from the pump
relay forward to the intercooler pump.
Plug the connector into the end of the
pump.

186. Locate the vent port fi tting supplied.
Apply some Tefl on pipe tape or “dope” to
the threaded end of the fi tting.
185. Here is the Intercooler heat exchanger
and this is the position it will mount
on the vehicle. Note: The hose
connections are on the bottom and the
vent port on the top

187. Carefully install the fi tting securely into
the vent port on the top of the heat
exchanger using a 11mm wrench. Do
not over tighten!
