Installation Instructions

Required tools: stanley knife, needle-nose pliers, combination pliers
and hot-air blower
Shrimp sleeve connection set for starting joint:
1) 2x shrimp sleeve 3 mm length 40 mm
2) 1 x shrimp sleeve 6 mm length 60 mm
3) 1 x shrimp sleeve 12 mm length 25 mm
4) 1 x shrimp sleeve 18 mm length 180 mm
5) 3x cable connectors
Preparation of cold connection: (connection to power cable)
Dismantle exact 60 mm of the outer covering, unwrap the earth
mesh en turn these for use as an earth cable.
Carefully remove 40 mm of the insulation mantle, so that the carbon
core (black) will be fully visible for 20mm of the earth wire.
Carefully remove the carbon material without damaging the
conductor (feeder cable).
Slide the two shrimps (1) over the two feeder cables and one shrink
isolation (2) over the earth wire. Continue with shrinking these 3
shrink isolations full with an air heater.
Slide the shrink insulation (3) over the two feeding cables unto the
earth wire. Continue with shrinking and stop the open part between
the two feeding cables directly with a needle-nose pliers. Melting
glue will appear on the outsides. Now a clear separation is made
between the two feeding cables.
The feeding end is now ready for connecting to the switch, earthed
plug or for extension to the three-wired electric cable used for
mains voltage. Always connect over the earth leakage group and
similar to the current norms.
For a correct and waterproof connection use the supplied the
shrink isolation (4) and cable connectors (5). First slide the shrink
isolation (4) onto the cable. Then connect and and schrink the cable
connectors (5) with a hot air heater. Then slade the shrink isolation
(4) into position and shrink with a hot air heater.
