TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
No sound –
Display on
• Make sure unit is streaming
• Unit source incorrect
• Interconnect not properly installed
• Preamp set to wrong source
• Power amp off
•
Press “info” while on a station and
check bit rate, if 0 then station is
not playing (unit is fine)
• Go to main menu and select source
again
• Check installation of interconnects
• Turn preamp to other input
• Turn on amp
No Sound –
Display dark
• Power cord disconnected
• Power off at source
• Fuse blown
•
Connect power cord
• Check AC source
• Check rear panel fuse
FM Signal
Distorted
• Antenna not connected
• Antenna placed in poor location
•
Check antenna terminals
• Experiment with location
•
Unit continues
to try and load
• Weak Wi-Fi signal
•
Add signal Booster
• Use hard wire connection
Clock appears
in right hand
corner
• Software fault

Push on clock, push on alarm 1,
push on internet location, with
remote push the on button, make
sure the remote control is set to
your Internet unit
Unit will not
stream on
shared media
• Computer not setup for sharing

Go to media player on your
computer and set it up for sharing
of other devices, add music to file
• Restart the unit
