MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
STRIPPING FOR CLEANING - DISASSEMBLY
POINT YOUR PISTOL IN A SAFE DIRECTION!
1. Remove the magazine. The pistol must not be
disassembled with the inserted magazine!
2. MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NO CARTRIDGE IN
THE CHAMBER !
3. Grasp the slide a move on backward so that the
assembly line on slide and point on frame were in
lining - up. Then hold the slide in this position with the
hand holding the frame.
4. Grasp with the other hand the barrel and turn it about
180º clockwise and barrel is unlocked.
5. Release the slide and pull it forward off the frame.
Barrel and recoil springs (2 of them) with guide stay
in the slide.
6. Remove the recoil springs with guide, remove the
barrel so that you turn lug down and press to the
slide - barrel shifts out the bottom of the slide.
No futher disassembly is needed for routine maintenance.
When 400-500 cartridges have been fi red, disassemble fi ring
pin and magazine, and clean.
FIRING PIN DISASSEMBLY
Push in the rear end of fi ring pin using a suitable tool, below
the level of the fi ring pin stop and shift the fi ring pin stop
approximately 1/8” (2 mm) down. Then cover the fi ring pin
stop with your thumb in order not to lose the spring loaded
fi ring pin and with the other hand pull the fi ring pin stop
completely off the slide. Be very careful at this stage of the
disassembly procedure, as the fi ring pin is spring loaded and
can fl y out.
SLIDE ASSEMBLY
After cleaning slide assemble. Put fi ring pin with spring in
slide. Prepare fi ring pin stop in the other hand. Push in the
rear end of fi ring pin using a suitable tool and put fi ring pin
stop in the slide about 1/8” (2 mm), so that the fi ring pin
stop catches the fi ring pin. Then pull out a tool and strike
fi ring pin stop to the slide as far as fi ring pin drops in the
hole in fi ring pin stop.
