to enter the FEATURES submenu.
Press the CURSOR RING DOWN
repeatedly until the CLOSED CAP
control is highlighted.
Press the CURSOR RING RIGHT.
The submanu will shif to the ]eft and
CAPTION MODE will be highlighged.
Then press the CURSOR RING
RIGHT again to highlight the
CAPTION MODE's area.
Press the CURSOR RING LrPor
DOWN to select a CAPTION
MODE.

• CC1 mode is the usual setting. CC2,
CC3 and CC4 may not be supported
by broadcast stations.
• The (,V r_g,gl_ option tarns the
Clnsed Captioning mode on whenever
the MUTE button on the remote
control is pnshed. Select CC MUTE
]nthe ou-screen sobmenu to tam this

Press the CURSOR RING LEFT to
return to the CLOSED CAP sub-
menu. Then press the CURSOR
RTNG DOWN to highlight CC DIS-
PLAY.
Press the CURSOR RING RIGHT
to turn the on-screen display of
Closed Captioning on or off. Closed
Capfionirlg will be shown orlly if the
TV stafiorl bro_Acasting on the ctlarlnel
has the feature available.
Press the STATUS/EXIT button to
exit the menu,
