Troubleshooting Guide
If the unit does not perform properly when open-steal as nstructed n this manual,
check the following chart and all connections once before calling for service.
No power
Control button's do not work,
Power s ON but no screen ma£e.
No pctum or sound
blal<e sure the AC power co_d is plugged n,
bll<e sure that the AC outlet supples the proper voltage, plug another electrical appl ance nto
the AC outlet to ensul c,that AC outlet operates normal y,
If a power fJure occurs, unpu£ the AC power cord for I minute to aow the unit to resr,t itseE
Press ony one bulSon at a toe, Do NO1 press mole' than one button at the same toe,
Ensure that no buttons on the remote am depressed and move ti eely.
Check whether the cor, nection of the antenna, cable race vet or sate te box s connected
con ect_
Check whether II the cables to the unit am connected to the correct output jack of you1 device
like Blu ray/DVD recolxJe_
blal<e sure that the selected nput mode is connected to the worl< ng input jack,
Check f your computer s NO] in sleep mode when the input mode of ths unit is in PC mode.
l_p any b,y on the keyboald to wake up your computer:
Check fthe power s on.
Check fthe CoJTect nput mode is selected,
Check whethel- all the cabes to the unit are connected to the correct output jack of your device

Unpug the AC power cord and wat for about I minute, then plug the AC power cold and turn
on the unit agan,

Make sure that the voume is NO[ set to [0] or [Mute], If so, use VOL +/- to adju£ the desired
vo ume,

Adjust [Color] in the main menu.
You must set [Home] n [Location]. ,,,, p.24
Otherwise, the settings you adjusted wll not be memorized after the unt goes into standb 7 mode.
