Note
[Digital Caption Service] that you can switch diff_,rs depending on
the broadcast description.
You can change the capt on style such as font, color or size, etc.
1 Use &IT to select [Caption Style], then press OK,
2 Use &/• to select [User Setting], then press OK,
3 Use &/• to select [On], then press OK.
4 Use A/• to select an _tem, then press OK. Then use
A/T to select the desired setting and press OK.

Closed caption will not be displayed when you ale, using an HDMI
connect on.

The capt on or text characters wl not be disp ayed whle the
main menu ol- functions display is shown.
If back box appears on theTV scleen, ths means that the closed
capt on is set to the tt, xt mode, Io tear the box, seect [CC-1],
[CC-2], [CC-3], [CC-4] or [Off].
If the unt rece yes poor qua ity telev sion signa s,the capt ons may
conta n emirs, or there might be no captions at a. Some possibe
causes of poor quality s£nals are:
Automob e ign tion noise
Electric motor no_se
W_,ak signa reception
Multiplex signa leception (ghosts or screen flutter)
Data dropout and Pixelation (for D-fV on},)
The unt 1eta ns the closed capt or1 sett ng if the power fails.
When the unt race yes special effects playback s£nl (e.g. Seal_h,
Sow and Stil) from aVCR's vdeo output channe (oh3 or oh4),
the unit may not d splay the correct caption or text,
Child Lock
Child loci< reads the ratings for programs, then denies access
to the programs whch exceed the rating level you set.Wth

for children and any channels or external nput modes can be
