Step 5. Install your new header assemblies with the
supplied gasket and header bolts to the manufacturers
torque specifications. Reinstall the AIR connection on the
drivers side assembly and the EGR and AIR pipes on the
passengers side header assembly using the supplied
gaskets.
Step 6. Reinstall the OEM passenger side catalytic
converters to the new header. Then reinstall the y-pipe
assembly. Tighten the bolts and clamps to the
manufacturers torque specifications. Reinstall the dipstick
assembly, O2 sensors,
Step 7. Reinstall the spark plug wires to the ignition coils
and the spark plugs. You will need to use the supplied
45deg spark plug wire to replace the OEM one located on
the passengers side nearest the fire wall (Cylinder # 8).
After all OEM parts have been reinstalled the battery can
be reconnected.
