Creating a circle
The radius and diameter
buttons automatically create circles.
With the bounds creation
button selected, hold down "Ctrl" while dragging to create a circle rather than an ellipse.
You can revert an ellipse into a circle at any time by double clicking on a control handle of an ellipse.
