Table Of Contents
You can choose from 3 different
mouse modes:
No menus: The slideshows are burned to CD/DVD sequentially. When the disc is inserted, it
starts playing the slideshow automatically.
Use the skip buttons on your remote control to
change to the previous/next slideshow. Since there is
no menu burned to CD, a menu preview is not
available.
Slideshow menu only: When the disc is inserted, the menu appears and you can choose a
slideshow on the disc by pressing the corresponding number key on your remote control. The
slideshow is then started. If, after a while, you haven't selected a slideshow, then the first
slideshow on the disc will start automatically.
Slideshow and photo menus: In addition to the slideshow menu, each slideshow also has a
photo menu. When selecting a slideshow, switch to the accompanying photo menu to choose
individual scenes via the numbers on your remote control.
Warning:
A slideshow menu can have a total of 99 entries max. If your slideshow contains more than 99 photos,
then you should either burn the slideshow without the photo menu or split your slideshow into several
parts (see Cut menu).
Note on SVCD compatibility:
Some DVD players may have difficulty playing created SVCDs despite fault-free burning. If the disc
project contains slideshow and photo menus as well as several slideshows and/or a large number of
photos, then you can avoid such compatibility problems by:
not using photo menus for SVCDs,
only adding a single slideshow to the disc, or
deactivating the PBC (Playback Control) feature
- i.e. the menu navigation of the DVD player
Preview pictures:
Shows/Hides the preview pictures in the disc menus.
Numbering:
The numbers beside the menu entries can be selected directly using the remote control, but sometimes
they become bothersome. This option lets you turn them on and off.
Frame:
A frame borders the preview pictures. If you think it gets in the way, then you can easily remove it using
this option.
TV cut:
Use this to select whether the picture selected for the TV cut should also be used in the disc menu.
Background graphic:
Use this to include your own background picture for the menu (.bmp or .jpg format). It is also possible
to use individual pictures (frames) from your slideshows.
Background video:
Load a video for the menu background.
Background video options:
Create animated menu buttons: The preview pictures for individual movies from the film
menu are shown as small movie samples. You can set the start point and length of the animation
using the sequence options faders.
Use the audio track of the video: The audio track of the background video is used with the
menu.
Play menu animation as a loop: The background video (audio and/or video) will be played
