Tip of the Day

See the tip of the day. There is also a check box below the Tip of the Day where you select whether or

not you see a tip each time you start Web Designer Premium.

Update program

This checks online for any available program updates.

Firstly, you are shown a screen which tells you whether there is a major new version of Web Designer

Premium that you could upgrade to. Then, if you've registered the program with Xara, an automatic

update process will start which will check for any free program updates which are available. If there is an

update available it is automatically downloaded and then Web Designer MX Premium is closed and the

update is installed. The program is then restarted automatically for you.

Use the Register option in the Help

menu to register the program with Xara.

Affiliate program

If you didn't sign up for the affiliate program when you unlocked Web Designer MX Premium, you can

use this option to join the program or to change the affiliate option you chose previously. Select this

option to bring up the affiliate dialog, which tells you all about the affiliate program. You can start earning

commission from your Web Designer MX Premium website, or have it donated to charity, just by

choosing from the three options shown in the dialog.

Info pop-ups

Allows you to display 'tooltips' containing pop-up information as your mouse pointer moves over

toolbars, buttons, the color line and other items in the Web Designer Premium window.
