Layers mode - The News page has been expanded, by clicking on its small right facing arrow, to show

all the layers on this page.

The bottom layer 'Page background' is locked. The layer called MouseOff is the active or current layer,

that is where all new objects will appear. The top 5 layers are hidden (closed eye icon), so only the

MouseOff and Page background layers are visible in the document.
