Remove junk files:
Many programs create temporary files on the hard drive. Normally, these are
only needed by these programs for a short time and my be deleted afterwards
to increase performance. This process normally only takes place to a lesser
degree. With this check, you can conveniently remove temporary files and
reclaim memory on your PC.
Remove Internet tracks
Visiting websites leaves hard-to-get-rid-of, hidden and undesired tracks in
various system folders. This function you may delete temporary Internet files,

Optimize swapfile
The swapfile is required if the built-in RAM is not sufficient. The data to be
processed is written to the swapfile on the hard drive. If this is not set
