The Contour Tool
The CONTOUR Tool ("Ctrl + F7") lets you create interesting effects around
the edges of objects. The
CONTOUR Tool creates a series of concentric
outlines either on the inside or the outside of a selected shape.
Edit distance between steps

Contouring objects
To contour an object:
1. Select the object.
2. Choose the CONTOUR Tool.
3. Then:
• Drag any of the eight handles that surround the
selected objects. As you drag, you see the outline
of the contour.
• Or drag the contour width slider.
• Or type a new value into the text box.
Contours can be either inside or outside of objects (outside contours make the
objects larger).
