32 Quick start
www.magix.com
Select the instruments that you want to hear.
If, for example, you only want a rhythm
section with drums and bass, deactivate the
other instruments.
Select the song part or parts that you want to
create.
Now click on "Create Song". Song Maker
automatically compiles an arrangement. The
following is merely a suggestion.
Listen to the suggestion by pressing the
"Play" button. If you're not happy with the
result, you can have another arrangement
created by clicking "Cancel" and once more
on the "Create new arrangement" button.
Once you're happy with Song Maker's
suggestion, click on "Create Song". The
building blocks are only now added to the
Arranger.
To play the arrangement click on the space
bar or on the "Play" button. The arrangement
is then played back in a loop as long as the
space bar is held or the Play button is
pressed.
