The sample data within the selected range
is inverted along the amplitude axis. This phase inversion means that negative values become positive and
vice versa. This function, too, is reversible.
The ‘Invert’
function permits samples with different phases to be matched.
Along with the available mixing functions (which are, from a mathematical viewpoint, adding functions)
you can actually subtract samples by applying this function to the selected sample.
