Specify max. number: In order to limit the number of files sa-
ved on the FTP Server, you can also activate this option.
Number of files: Activate this option if images are to be stored
on the FTP server. Once this number has been reached the oldest
image will be deleted to allow saving of another image.
To test entries for the FTP settings, click on Test. A single
image is the transferred to the FT server.
Click on “Apply“, to accept the changed settings. The changes
to the FTP settings are saved without having to restart the IP
security camera.
Alarm settings
Specify under which circumstances the IP security camera
should issue an alarm message and what should be done in
the event of an alarm. Select option Alarm settings” from the
bottom of the menu. Depending on the set options, the follo-
wing will be displayed:
1. Motion detection: Select this option to activate motion
sensing. Select the times during which the alarm settings
should be active.
2. Sensitivity: Enter the sensitivity for movement sensing
using a value between 0 and 9. The higher the value, the
higher the movement sensing sensitivity.
3. Use time schedule: You can restrict the period of time du-
ring which alarms can be triggered. As soon as this option
is selected, the adjacent time schedule appears, in which
the active times can be selected.

5. Compensation of light changes: This option can be selec-
ted to ensure that thed motion detection is not impaired
by changing light conditions.
6. Report to email:Activate this option if an email is to be
sent out in the event of an alarm.
7. Report to FTP: Activate this option if images are to be sto-
red on the FTP server in the event of an alarm.
8. Interval: Activate this option if images are to be stored
on the FTP server in the event of an alarm. Values are in
seconds.
