Mango lassi (yoghurt drink)
Peel the mango.
Put it in the bowl fitted with the main blade and the

ix attachment the yoghurt, honey and lemon juice.
Blend for 30 sec., gradually adding the water via the feed tube.
Tip: For extra zing, try chopping a few mint leaves in the
mini bowl and adding them to your cocktail.
Ingredients
• 1 mango
• 1 smooth yoghurt
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 150ml ( 5 fl oz) water
