911 emergency calling and/or texting is not available through the mobile app. You are solely responsible for
obtaining, accessing, and paying any fees for third-party products and services necessary to utilize the products
and services provided by magicJack(such as a compatible smart phone or tablet and high-speed internet access).
The 12-months offree magicJackserviceoer issubject tolimitations, see the TOS for details. Portingan existing
phone number will require an additional fee. The robo-call blocking feature is intendedto screen non-human
automated incoming calls, however, the screening of all telemarketing and other automated calls is not
guaranteed (see the TOS for more information).
Calls to conference and toll lines,platforms, and certain non-ILEC area may incur a charge and require prepaid
purchase of minutes. Services oered by magicJack, including unlimited calling to numbers within the United
States and Canada, are based on normal, non-excessive use. If we become aware of unreasonably excessive use
of the services, including, without limitation,usage that is extraordinarily greater than the average customer usage,
or calling more than 50 dierent telephone numbers per day, or forwarding calls from the mobile appfor longer
than a two week consecutive period, or systematic or intentional misuse, we reserve the right, in our sole
discretion, to terminate your use of the servicesimmediately.
