The Card Front & Card Back Tabs
Printing Options Continued:
Card Reject On: This option applies to the Tango 2e & Tango +L printer models only.
When enabled, if a card fails to encode (during magnetic or proximity encoding) it will be placed in a separate Reject
Hopper instead of the main card output hopper. Because this option requires the use of the flipper mechanism it is unique to
the Tango.
Eject Side: This option applies to the Tango 2e & Tango +L printer models only.
Determines which side of the printed cards is facing upwards when ejected into the output hopper, by default the option is
set to Front Upwards.
Application Determines Orientation:
Almost all software applications provide the user with options to determine page orientation - landscape or portrait - when
printing.
If your application provides these options – leave the Application Determines Orientation box ticked.
If your application is one of the few that do not provide these options – un-tick the box and choose your desired orientation in
the Card Front or Card Back
(Tip: the orientation options can usually be found in the ‘page setup’ or ‘badge design sections of you software application)
Use the Card Front and Back tabs to determine how the front and back of a printed
card will be produced. There are a variety of options that will allow detailed
customization of ID cards - the colour format of printed images, overcoat security
options, and orientation of the printed images.
