Clean, rinse and dry the sealing gasket, condensation collector, and any accessories that
were used in cooking. It is recommended to replace the gasket about once a year.
To remove the Float Valve for cleaning, start by carefully removing the seal on it from the
inside of the lid, and removing the valve. Allow to dry completely before putting back into
muliticooker and reinstalling the seal. (See Figure 6)
Check the spring on the Safety Valve by gently pushing on it from the inside of the lid and
making sure it moves up and down.
Remove the Steam Handle for washing by lifting it off the top of the Lid. Clean the handle
and the pipe it rests on with water, making sure there are no blockages in the pipe.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the multicooker after each use. When nished cooking, unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Once cooled,
remove the inner pot and clean. Make sure it is completely dry before placing it back in the multicooker.
DO NOT immerse the multicooker in any liquid, or put any food or water into it. Clean the housing and interior with a dry cloth
as needed.
