BEFORE USE • Before using the dehumidifier, remove all packaging materials and the protective film on the dehumidifier body. Place the unit vertically in a well-ventilated, indoor environment on a flat, sturdy surface. • Make sure that there is at least 8” (20cm) on both sides and at the back of the dehumidifier for proper circulation, and that no objects are blocking the vents. • Check the moisture container at the bottom rear of the unit for proper installation.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Before cleaning or doing any maintenance, unplug your dehumidifier. • Remove the water from the moisture container and clean it periodically to prevent odors from developing. • Be careful not to spill water when you remove the moisture container from the unit. • Clean the sides and the back of the dehumidifier periodically to keep the vents free from dust. • Wipe the exterior with a damp, soapy cloth and dry with a towel.
LIMITED WARRANTY MC Appliance Corporation warrants each new Dehumidifier to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part(s), at the company’s option, for any part(s) of the unit that have failed during the warranty period. Parts and labor expenses are covered on this unit for a period of one year from the date of purchase. A copy of the dated sales receipt or invoice is required to receive warranty service by an authorized service agent.
