Before you call for service, refer to following checklist for common problems:
If there is still a problem, contact After Sales Support for assistance or service.
The oven
does not
work.
• Check that the power cord is securely plugged in.
• Check that the door is fi rmly closed.
• Check that the cooking time is set.
• Check for a blown circuit fuse or tripped main circuit breaker in your house.
Sparking
appears
in the
cavity.
• Check for utensils. Metal containers or dishes with metal trim shouldnot be
used.
• Check that the containers are free of metal skewers.
• Check that the container does not use metal foil or touch the interior walls.
