Control Panel a. Temperature Control Knob: Turn the knob to choose the desired temperature from 150°F to 450°F. b. Function Control Knob: Turn the knob to choose the desired function among four: KEEP WARM, BROIL, BAKE, and TOAST. KEEP WARM function is used to keep cooked food warm for up to 30 minutes. • BROIL function is used for broiling fish, steak, poultry, pork chops, etc. using the upper heating element. • BAKE function is used for baking cakes, pies, cookies, poultry, beef, pork, etc.
5 Operation Before using the convection countertop oven for the first time: 1. Read all instructions. 2. Ensure the power cord is unplugged and the timer control knob is in the OFF position. 3. Clean all accessories with warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher. 4. Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble into the convection countertop oven. 5. Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet. 6.
6. Place the bake tray under the wire rack. 7. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. Cooking results may vary. Adjust times on the chart below to your individual requirements and check often during broiling to avoid overcooking.

This procedure will manually turn the convection countertop oven off. NOTE: The wire rack should be placed into the convection countertop oven with the indentation pointing down.
Care and Cleaning 6 WARNING: Ensure the power cord is unplugged and allow the convection countertop oven to cool before cleaning. Cleaning the Unit Wipe the exterior of the convection countertop oven with a damp sponge. DO NOT USE AN ABRASIVE CLEANER AS IT MAY DAMAGE THE EXTERIOR FINISH. Wipe the glass door with a damp sponge and then wipe again with a paper or cloth towel. Wipe the interior walls with a damp sponge, cloth or nylon scouring pad and mild detergent.
7 Warranty Limited Warranty MC Appliance Corp. warrants each new Convection Countertop Oven to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part(s) (at the company’s option) for any part(s) of the unit that has failed during the warranty period. Parts and labor expenses are covered on this unit for a period of two years after the date of purchase.
