Initiatelocalorremote*EDIDCopyfromTransmitter:
Thiswillreplacethestored/programmedEDIDwiththelocaldisplayEDID,ortheremotedisplayEDIDifno
localdisplayisconnected.
a) MakecertainaproperdisplayisconnectedtotheVG‐TX2local‐outputconnectororVG‐RX2output
connector.
b) Press&holdbuttonF2for5
secondsuntilLEDsstartflashing,thenreleasebuttonF2.
c) LEDswillthenflash[Off‐Green‐Off]toconfirmcopyoflocaldisplayEDID,or[Green‐Off‐Off]to
confirmcopyofremotedisplayEDID,or[Red‐Red‐Red]ifnolocalnorremotedisplayisconnected(or
invalid
EDID)for5seconds.
d) LEDswillthenreturntotheirnormalbehavior,seeTable13insection5.6.

daisy‐chain).

secondsifanerroroccurred.
c) LEDswillthenreturntotheirnormalbehavior,seeTable13insection5.6.
VGA-TX Controls
Therearenouser‐configurableoptionsfortheVGA‐TXmodule.However,thereisan“auto‐adjust”function
whichcanbeinvokedsimplybypressingtheF2buttonontheCOREmodule.
