Installation
TheVoyagerextensionproductscomepre‐configuredandwillusuallyworkwithnoconfigurationadjustments.
Simplypluginthecablesandpower‐up!Intheeventanadjustmentisneeded,allavailableconfiguration
settingsaremodifiedundersoftwarecontrol.Therearenointernaljumperstoconfigure.RefertotheMAGui
utility
user‐guideforadditionalinformationonspecificconfigurationsettings.
Prerequisites
Theminimalsetofinstallationtoolsincludesoneortwoscrewdrivers,andpossiblyadditionalmountingscrews
(forwallorunder‐deskmounting).ThescrewsontheVoyagerenclosuresareallPhilips‐head.Astandard#2
Philipsscrewdrivershouldsufficeinmostcases.However,itisunlikelythatanenclosurewouldneed
tobe
disassembled–astherearenouser‐configurablesettingsorjumpersinside.
Forinstallationmaterials,youwillneedtheappropriateinterconnectioncables(video/audio/serial/fiber)for
yourapplication.Thechoiceofspecificmaterialswillgreatlydependonwhichoptionmoduleshavebeen
selected,andotherspecificphysicalrequirementsofthe
installation.
Ifaconfigurationchangeisneeded,youwillneedaWindows‐basedcomputer(laptopordesktop)withatleast
1freeUSBport,astandardA/BUSBcable,andMagenta’sMAGuisoftwarepackage(freedownloadavailableat
