The latest version of
our
software,
with
the
most
current
base map, points of
interest
and
OHV
trail
database is
now
available (as
of
2/1/2018).
Connect
your
new TRX7/TRX7CS to WiFi and update
your
software and maps now!
Below
is a
brief
description of the
new
improvements
you
will
find
on
your
TRX7 /TRX7CS.
Turn off street navigation
We
added the option to
turn
off
street navigation
for
a
simplified
bearing line navigation to
your
destination. This is a
must-have
option
for
riding in open ride areas
where
there
are no roads
or
trails.
Open the
TRX
software to the
TRX
Dashboard.
Click Settings
at
the
bottom
and
scroll
down to
select Navigation.
Check
the box
that
says Turn
off
Street Navigation.
Remember
to go back and
turn
in
ON
if you
what
to use
street
navigation to get home!
Get there faster
We
simplified
the steps to get to your destination. Now
all
you need to do is select
"Follow"
from
a search
result
and you
will
get navigation guidance to the destination. The destination is
still
conveniently saved in
your
wish
list
in case you need quick access to
it
again in
the
future.
Import
USR
files
In addition to
importing
(and exporting]
GPX
files
directly
from
TRX7 /TRX7CS,
this
release
allows
riders
to
import
USR
files.
USR
files are a common file type used at
many
off-road races, allowing
racers (and enthusiasts! to
import
the
official
race
tracks
and waypoints directly into
their
navigation
device.
More options for coordinate entry
Set
your
preferred
format
for
geographic coordinates as
degrees-minutes-seconds,
degrees-minutes,
or
decimal
degrees.
