4.2 DNS Configuration
The Maestro 3GIR has a built-in DNS caching system. To automatically have DNS servers
assigned, simply check the “Use Peer DNS” check-box.
To specify your own DNS server manually, uncheck the checkbox and enter two DNS
servers in the edit-boxes shown. It is advisable to always enter two DNS servers to ensure
that the DNS service keeps working in the event of an upstream DNS server failure.
Click on submit to save the DNS server settings. The settings will take effect immediately
and the unit does not have to be restarted.
