Description
Returns the second of the current time of day. It is a numeric value (without a leading 0).
Example
The following example sets the seconds variable to the seconds portion of the current time
of day, or to -1:
seconds = fscommand2("GetTimeSeconds");
trace (seconds); // output: 41
