0.0 to 100.0) is applied over the blend
time. Otherwise,
blendTime is ignored,
and the amount of blending is user-
determined by the
blendFactor
property.

Get and set The degree of blending between
motions, expressed as a floating-point
value between 0.0 and 100.0.
A value of 0.0 uses all the previous
motion. A value of 100.0 uses all of the

effects.
