Chapter 14
Scripting the Visual Tools
Object Model
The term Visual Tools refers to the Macromedia products HomeSite, ColdFusion
Studio, and JRun Studio.
Using the Visual Tools Object Model, developers can extend their work in two broad
categories:
• Power users can script recurring tasks.
• Application developers can call Visual Tools functionality for use in their
applications.
This chapter describes how to write and execute scripts in Visual Tools. It also
provides the syntax and examples of the Visual Tools objects.
