Fertigation Unit

The included fertigation controller should the NUTRITEC 9000 unit, designed to control and supply fertigation solutions to
the crops in MPKV Cropping System minimum 2 hectare of plot
This controller includes up to 20 different fertigation programs, with up 9 different irrigation starts, irrigation programming
by time, irrigation start by external signals ( up to six ) like start irrigation tray ( optional ) or Tensiometer or Soil Moisture Sensors,
solar radiation sensor (optional ), irrigation by volume using a watermeter with pulse emitter should be included
.
To inject the fertilizers the system uses venturi injectors, including each one of them one manual valve, flow meter, non
return valve and one electric valve, controlled directly by the NUTRITEC 9000 unit. The unit can control up to 8 different fertilizers
( if needed ), the mixing of the fertilizers with the water in the tanks, alarms…
The included unit should be working by SUCTION, which means that unit uses the main irrigation pump to inject the
fertilizers into the irrigation main pipe, so to avoid any problem the pressure must be negative in the suction pipe.
For the fertigation control the NUTRITEC 9000 unit includes four ( 4 ) injector for fertilizers and one ( 1 ) one for acid, each
one of them able to inject 500 L/H, one ( 1 ) pH sensor and one ( 1 ) E.C. sensor and optionally the system can includes a second pH
and E.C. sensor.
The NUTRITEC 9000 unit can also control the automatic backflush the filters (
optional ), auxiliary pressure units and
optionally can also be controlled through a computer using the existing software ( computer, COM card and software should be
included in this System).
