• Bottom driven seal-less & totally leak proof magnetic drive agitator with single impeller

• Cooling finger type cooling arrangement.

• Sparger port with sparger dip tube

• Vent port without reflex condenser

• Inoculation cum sampling port with dip tube

• Thermowell for temperature sensor insertion

• Port for pH sensor fitting.

• Fermentor vessel body in stainless steel SS316 (instead of SS304)

• Reflux condenser in SS304/SS316

• AC motor & veriable frequency (ACVF) drive with Digital RPM display (instead of universal motor & variac drive)

• Temperature measurement, with RTD Pt-100 temperature sensor & digital temperature indicator

• Automatic dual pH control, with autoclavable pH electrode & digital on/off type pH controller & 2 no. peristaltice pump

for acid & alkali addition

• Airflow loop components, including the following items :

 Capsule type autoclavable air filters ( 2 nos.) for air inlate & exhaust

 Airflow rotameter with needle valve for manual flow control
