TECHNIQUE consist of :
a) Digestion Unit for 20 tubes: Programmable Digestor System temperature
control by microprocessor, LCD display, RS 232 connectivity.
b) Distillation Unit: Programmable Automatic Distillation Unit with integrated Colorimetric Titration System (30 standard pre-
defined programs & 10 customizable programs – all parameters concerning distillation & titration are programmable) having
automatic alkali addition, automatic water dilution, automatic boric acid addition and automatic distillation residue removal, steam
flow regulation 10 to 100%. RS-232 connectivity to a printer or PC for data storage and should have alkali resistant technopolymer
splash head for longer life. Should have maintenance free steam generator with patented titanium condenser for efficient heat
exchange. Should include safety features like safety door, tube in place safety and water saving system. The method adopted by the
instrument should be in accordance with AOAC, EPA, DIN & ISO. Complete with 1 Digestion test tube 300 ml, 1 collecting flask
250 ml, 1 pincer for test tube, inlet tube, set of tubes & keyboard.
