227. Hybridization Chamber
• Horizontal desktop shaking platform with two independent incubation chambers each capable of working as an
independent unit (with 2 different temperatures).
• Hybridization incubation chambers should maintain temperature (range from within 10˚C of ambient to at least
80˚C) with platinum sensor and control accuracy +
0.1˚C.
• Temperature display system with input board for adjusting input parameters during hybridization.
• Chamber capable of handling at least 4 hybridization bottles of variable size ranges
• System should ensure continuous flow of minimum volume of hybridization buffer across the complete surface of
the hybridization membrane.
• Rotation speed should be adjustable as per different requirements.
• Complete set of hybridization bottles (Radiation and leakage proof) of variable ranges (set large-25-35cm long;
medium15cm long and small 10cm long) with diameter (3-5cm) enough for allowing easy insertion and removal
of membranes.
• Metal framed, double glass vacuum doors to protect user from radioactive exposure and system to prevent
accidental spillage.
