Carrier to reagent: The following reagent carrier with required plastic consumable troughs to be quoted separately.
• 200 ml,100ml,25ml trough to place different type of reagent required for DNA/Nucleic acid isolation and
ELISA processing.
• Carrier for test tubes and eppendorf tubes.
• Disposable tips in the optional.
• Please quote the trough and carrier required for ELISA processing set up.
Also the system should have the facility to increase the throughput by upgrading the unit, such as hotels, shelf and with
other storage vessels in the same platform to store microplate, filter plate etc.,
The system should have the microplate Reader with tunable wavelength in 1nm increment from 400-700nm as well as
should have 8-channel microplate washer (unpressurized system) with the residual volume of less than 2ul for fully
automated ELISA processing.
It should be integrated with incubator with 6 position capacity for ELISA plate incubation.
The system should be supplied with software for full access to application development environment as well as required
Computer & Printer.
Similar liquid handling system should be supplied installed minimum of 5 nos. in India and performance certificated
and communication details should be provided.

platform.
Automated Liquid handling system with independent robotic arms for Pipetting and second robotic arm for plate transportation to
carriers, Microplate Reader, washer and other integration modules in the front, back and two sides on the platform.
Platform should process minimum 6 or more plates per batch. All steps have to be done by robot

4. Robotic Arm 2 – Griper arm to transport the micro plate, Deep well plates to carrier, storage vessels, Microplate reader
etc.. It should have the 280 Deg flexible rotations to integrate the all modules into the platforms front, back and two sides..
The Liquid Handling arm should be incorporated with 2 tips or 8 tips , and the same should be capable of handling the volume
ranging from 3µl to 25ml. Diluter based system with Different syringe capacities.
Each individual tip should have independent pipetting setup and connected to high-resolution diluter with to achieve the better %
CV. 10 ul - 1.5 % CV.
