Glassware Washer with

Drying System

Programmable laboratory glassware washer & dryer for washing and air drying of different types of glassware. Should

be designed to comply with latest international guideline on decontamination.

Double wall construction and excellent insulation should be provided to reduce heat loss and power consumption.

External cabinet should be made of 304 stainless steel. Inner cabinet, washing arms and tank filters should be of high

quality AISI 316L stainless steel. Construction system with total removal of angles. Self cleaning tank with rounded

edges. Water filling system in three levels enables residue to be captured and not recirculated to saves the pump life.

Three water connections should be available, cold, warm & DI water. There should be two automatic liquid dispenser

and with an option for one more dispenser. HEPA filtered forced air drying system with adjustable time and temperature

setting to ensure completely dry, inside and outside of all glassware. RS 232 port should be provided with printer

connection for monitoring and validating washing process. LED display with five adjustable washing programs. The

control system should have automatic diagonistic checking which constantly monitors and displays current cycle status

and alarms.

Should be supplied with inserts for 30 positions petri disches, upper & lower baskets with 36 cleaning jets each for

cleaning bearkers & flasks, upper mixed basket for centrifuge tubes, vials and test tubes of 121 positions and lower

vertical pipette basket of 120 positions.
