Glassware washers with drying systems
1)The machine should be controlled by 32 KB microprocessor.
2)The machine should have illuminated display of 2 lines x 20 characters with clear text messages.
3)The machine should have memory for 30 programs. Out of which atleast 10 should be user
programmable.
4)Each washing cycle should use alkaline detergents as well as acid neutralizing agent to ensure non-
contaminated glassware after washing.
5)Each washing cycle should have been divided in different phases or sub cycles and the machine should
display the operation status
6)The machine should have safety features such as wash cycle, interrupted if door is opened, water level
control, mechanical interlock.
7)The construction material – inner tank AISI 316L – acid resistant chrome-nickel molybdenum SS and
external panels in AISI 304 SS.
8) The machine should be supplied with required alkaline and acid neutralizing cleaning agents
