etc., Should have capability for at least 6 multiple parameter (i.e. forward scatter; side scatter; At least 4 colors) measurement
of physical and/or chemical characters of a single cell.
The system should have inbuilt cell sorter and cell concentrator module allowing various sort modes and at high-speed
(>20,000events/second). Cell sorter with high speed will be preferred Fluid sorting Option
All the necessary software’s and required for complete application of the system should be provided. Predefined programmes
for common molecular biology related applications.
Computer with minimum 80 GB HDD, 512 MB RAM, Built in DVD-RW/CD-RW, Flat display monitor, and high resolution
color DeskJet printer should be provided., Voltage requirements for all of the above: 220/240 V, 50-60 Hz.
The company supplying the instrument should have proven capability demonstrated in the past in after sales service and
complete support as for as the application systems of the machine.
The company should impart specialized and dedicated training for the use of the machine.
Optional: The system should be upgradable to acquire samples from 96 well plates directly. The system should have option of
automatic cell collection for slide and plate sorting.
